Adventure awaits in this gorgeously restored 1987 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio. Assembled in Italy, this Alfa spent most of it's accident-free life here on the West Coast. It's just been through extensive interior and exterior restorations; completely re-done paint, upholstery, and more all in the keeping of traditional Spider features. On top of being a romantic roadster, this has the four leaf clover stamp; a symbol that brings with it a long history of Italian racing heritage. At the turn of the 20th century when car racing was a fast and dangerous sport, Ugo Sivocci and Enzo Ferrari came onto the Alfa Romeo scene. Although both were talented behind the wheel, Sivocci just couldn't seem to place first. Getting fed up, he painted a four leaf clover on his car before winning the 1923 Targa Florio. Sadly, the Quadrifoglio couldn't save him when he crashed during a practice later that year. Now used as a symbolic link to Alfa Romeo's rich racing heritage, the four-leaf clover can be seen on sportier trim levels - a small reminder of the friendship that forever changed the lives of Enzo Ferrari and Ugo Sivocci.
